We, the undersigned, support Frank Mullen III for nomination as the Democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Illinois. He is without convictions, either legal or moral, and has never held elected office, both of which are high qualifications for office in Illinois. We further believe that Frank's inexperience and average intellect would attract Republican and Independent voters, who like Democrats, have become suspicious of smarty-pants insiders.
Untrustworthy. Inexperienced. Unindicted. These attributes fully qualify Frank Mullen for the office of Illinois Lieutenant Governor.

Why I Run
In a recent primary election, Democrats chose Chicago pawnbroker Scott Lee Cohen as the candidate for Lieutenant Governor, a position that became vacant when Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn took over the office of Governor after Rod Blagojevich was impeached and became an itinerant Elvis impersonator. Shortly after, Mr. Cohen resigned his candidacy, realizing the position would interefere with his duties as a tax delinquent, prostitute-dating, child support-not-paying wife-abuser.
